Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and record quantities of goods received or shipped, ensuring accuracy against inventory systems.
- Organize warehouse storage areas and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipment.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management software to track inventory movements.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Maintain strict adherence to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license (for local delivery tasks if applicable).
