- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical bugs.
- Conduct product training sessions for new hires to maintain team standards.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential service issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or Computer Science preferred.
- Basic computer literacy with knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Android/iOS systems.
