Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to internal clients and external stakeholders.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement new technology solutions and upgrades.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure IT workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
