Responsibilities
- Architect and develop high-performance, scalable software solutions using Java and Go.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define product requirements.
- Optimize existing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Implement robust security measures and ensure data integrity.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a similar role.
- Deep expertise in Java or Go, with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Strong proficiency with AWS or GCP cloud services.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of designing databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
