Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support via phone, email, and chat to clients in the Miami and Texas regions.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex tickets and ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and software updates to provide accurate advice.
- Conduct remote sessions to guide users through technical procedures step-by-step.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Jira, etc.) is a plus.
