Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and remote tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues promptly.
- Perform system maintenance, updates, and patch management on desktops and servers.
- Maintain accurate records of all support tickets and incidents in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement IT solutions and improve system efficiency.
- Conduct regular IT audits to ensure compliance with company policies and security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues quickly.
