Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 and tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain the company's local area network (LAN) and wireless infrastructure.
- Install, configure, and deploy new workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance, security patches, and perform regular data backups.
- Collaborate with management to identify technical needs and implement scalable solutions.
- Train staff on new software applications and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (10/11) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with network troubleshooting and basic server maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
