Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support to end-users via phone and email.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Assist with account setup and user onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical tickets and resolutions.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system workflows.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours and weekends if required.
- Must be available to start within 48 hours.
- Previous IT helpdesk experience is a plus but not mandatory.
