Responsibilities
- Lead 8-10 member engineering teams in full-stack development using React, Node.js, and AWS
- Architect scalable cloud infrastructure with CI/CD pipelines and microservices
- Drive agile methodologies and conduct sprint planning/retrospectives
- Mentor senior developers and conduct technical code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to define roadmap priorities

Qualifications
- 7+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in leadership
