Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern architectures (Microservices, Cloud-native).
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify technical bottlenecks and resolve technical debt to improve system performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Languages: Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
- Cloud: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Database: Solid understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools:
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
