Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and printer issues efficiently.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access within the Active Directory environment.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and customer interactions in the ticketing system.
- Conduct regular hardware inventory checks and perform preventative maintenance on IT assets.
- Collaborate with the network engineering team to troubleshoot complex connectivity issues.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and software updates across the organization.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime during peak system maintenance windows.
