Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for 50+ employees including hardware/software troubleshooting
- Manage Active Directory, network security protocols, and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- Deploy and configure workstations, laptops, and mobile devices
- Document IT processes and maintain service desk ticketing system
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement and maintenance
- Conduct cybersecurity awareness training for staff
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical training
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to lift 30lbs and work flexible hours if needed
