Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of 5+ engineers in cloud architecture and DevOps practices
- Design scalable solutions on AWS/Azure with 99.99% uptime requirements
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality coding standards
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in software development with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization technologies
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or Go programming languages
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or AWS Solutions Architect
- Proven track record of leading successful cloud migration projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present to executive stakeholders
