Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design for AWS-based SaaS platforms
- Mentor 5+ engineers through agile development cycles
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for 99.9% uptime
- Collaborate with product teams on roadmap execution
- Implement security best practices across cloud infrastructure
- Drive technical debt reduction initiatives
- Present quarterly tech strategy to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- 8+ years in software development with 3+ years in leadership
- Expert in AWS, Kubernetes, and Terraform
- Proven track record scaling microservices architecture
- Strong Python/Java background with Go experience preferred
- CI/CD mastery using Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Ability to start within 2 weeks of offer
