Responsibilities
- Lead Frontend Development: Design, implement, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with backend engineers and UI/UX designers to integrate various elements of the web product.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure a seamless user experience across all devices and browsers.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to the team and participate in code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for new features and system updates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on React.js.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- State Management: Deep understanding of state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
- API Integration: Experience integrating RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Tools: Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools (Webpack, Babel).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
