Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-quality, scalable front-end and back-end solutions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into high-fidelity code.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Debug complex issues and provide technical solutions in real-time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with React.js, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote-first team.
