Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems
- Document IT processes and maintain accurate service logs
- Collaborate with senior team members on system upgrades and projects
- Assist with cybersecurity best practices and data protection protocols
- Deliver user training on new technologies and systems
- Participate in IT inventory management and asset tracking
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Customer service experience (retail/tech support helpful)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid California driver's license (for occasional site visits)
