Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal clients.
- Manage and maintain local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN) infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, security logs, and data integrity to ensure optimal uptime.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software solutions.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Information Technology is a plus.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT support, help desk, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Windows, Linux, and network protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
- Ability to work part-time hours as scheduled.
