Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and QA engineers to define feature requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and standards.
- Perform code reviews, debug complex issues, and optimize application performance for high traffic loads.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful APIs.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, urgent hiring environment.
