Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies targeting KC metro area
- Lead digital campaigns across SEM, social, and email platforms
- Manage $2M+ annual marketing budget with ROI-focused optimization
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales team to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
- Mentor junior marketing specialists and manage agency partnerships
- Present quarterly performance reports to executive leadership
Qualifications
- 8+ years progressive marketing experience with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling brands in competitive markets
- Expertise in digital marketing automation and analytics tools
- Strong budget management and P&L responsibility experience
- Certification in Google Analytics or HubSpot preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
