Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and identify areas for optimization.
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements and improve user experience.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Stay updated on the latest algorithm updates and industry best practices.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably in a direct hire or senior role.
- Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Proficient in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in a high-growth startup or agency environment is a plus.
