Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for complex hardware/software issues
- Manage and optimize enterprise network infrastructure (Cisco, VMware)
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including threat detection and response
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and testing
- Mentor junior IT staff and develop training materials
- Document SOPs and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware procurement and maintenance
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CCNP or CompTIA Security+ certification required
- Advanced knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environments
- Strong scripting abilities (PowerShell, Python)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours during system outages
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
