Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications using React, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Lead the architecture of complex features and conduct rigorous code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a collaborative, high-performance engineering culture.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize database queries and application performance to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database design (PostgreSQL/MySQL).
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
