Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktop and mobile devices.
- Log and track support tickets using our ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex technical issues.
- Conduct routine system checks to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to the Detroit office.
