Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimization strategies for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Full Stack technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
