Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins/GitLab CI
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
- Lead Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices

Qualifications
