Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications and codebase.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to the development team.
- Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and security vulnerabilities.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficient in JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong backend development skills with Node.js or Python.
- Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote/hybrid environment.
