Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Lead code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Architect and optimize database structures and backend services to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, debug applications, and implement robust solutions to improve system stability.
- Contribute to the continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipeline to streamline the delivery process.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience in a full-time capacity.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
