Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues via phone and remote access.
- Monitor system alerts and perform proactive maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime during night operations.
- Log and categorize all support tickets in the CRM system with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure a seamless handover of unresolved critical issues.
- Conduct basic system health checks and perform routine software updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support, help desk, or IT operations (night shift experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations during the night shift.
