Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone and email in a timely manner.
- Process incoming orders and manage inventory logs accurately.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure high customer retention rates.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily performance targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.
- Update customer records in the database efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ wpm).
- Reliable transportation to the Virginia Beach office.
