Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users in a fast-paced setting.
- Manage and document all help desk tickets within our CRM system accurately and timely.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of office equipment and network peripherals.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to resolve complex technical escalations.
- Conduct basic training sessions for new employees on company software and security protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.
- Basic understanding of network protocols and security best practices.
