- Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, including printers, laptops, and network connectivity problems.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of new workstations and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all helpdesk tickets and incidents in our management system.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement security patches and perform routine system updates.
- Conduct basic training sessions for staff regarding software usage and security best practices.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional experience in a technical support or helpdesk role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
