Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming and outgoing customer calls and inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers in resolving issues related to products, services, and billing in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges using company software and databases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and contact information.
- Collaborate with the sales and support team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Qualifications
