Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately while maintaining a professional, empathetic demeanor.
- Log all interactions and account updates into the CRM system (Salesforce) with precision.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products/services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center operations.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate during night hours.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software).
- Reliable transportation required.
