Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot Complex Issues: Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software problems for clients using remote support tools.
- Customer Communication: Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email during night hours.
- Documentation: Accurately log interactions, solutions, and system status updates in the CRM database.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and unresolved ticket resolution.
- System Monitoring: Perform routine checks on server status and network performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support or technical troubleshooting is a plus.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Windows, Mac OS, and networking concepts.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, patience, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
