Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor system performance, network traffic, and server health during overnight hours.
- Provide tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for internal employees.
- Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, patch management, and security audits.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless transition of operations.
- Ensure data integrity and security compliance during non-business hours.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or system administration.
- Strong understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals.
- Proven ability to work rotating night shifts and weekends without errors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
