Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, etc.).
- Lead the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Java).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a hybrid remote/office environment.
