Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve complex technical and account issues while maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Score.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with the morning shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, compliance standards, and safety protocols during night operations.
- Identify upsell opportunities to contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional, empathetic demeanor.
