Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls during night shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10 PM - 6 AM).
- Strong typing skills and computer proficiency.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
