Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Manage a steady stream of customer calls, emails, and live chats during night hours with a focus on speed and accuracy.

- Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately log all interactions into the CRM system, ensuring 100% data integrity.

Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar rotating shifts).

- Experience: Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
