Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inquiries: Manage a significant volume of incoming and outbound calls and emails during the night shift.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Investigate and troubleshoot customer concerns to provide effective, timely resolutions.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Document all interactions and transactions in our CRM systems with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the day shift team and support managers to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Adhere to Protocols: Follow all company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures strictly.
- Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services to enhance customer value.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or technical support preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (2nd or 3rd shift) on a full-time basis.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Problem Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues independently.
