Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline weekend operations and workflow.
- Process returns, exchanges, and service requests accurately and in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a full-time basis.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating various software applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work occasional holidays during peak seasons.
