Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve complex customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on rapid response times.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on daily operations to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
