Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues efficiently
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex cases
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, FCR)
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficient in Zendesk/CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work evenings/weekends (20-30 hrs/week)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a major plus
