Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor high-speed manufacturing machinery to ensure production targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Perform quality control inspections on products to ensure they meet strict industry standards and client specifications.
- Assemble, inspect, and package finished goods according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all 5S safety and housekeeping protocols.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the Supervisor immediately to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow and production efficiency.
- Complete daily production logs and paperwork accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production environments is preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read technical diagrams or schematics.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
