Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and ticketing systems.
- Configure, deploy, and manage end-user devices, including laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for all IT assets and equipment.
- Collaborate with network engineers to troubleshoot complex connectivity problems.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on new software updates and security protocols.
- Respond to help desk tickets with urgency, accuracy, and a customer-first mindset.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification is highly preferred.
