Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, security permissions, and access control systems.
- Respond to helpdesk tickets and resolve issues within defined SLA timeframes.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and backups.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and upgrades.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support or help desk.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, VPNs, and remote desktop tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
