Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Deploy and maintain Windows/macOS workstations and server environments
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Onboard new employees with IT equipment and system access
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications (or equivalent)
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Microsoft 365 and cloud infrastructure
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
