Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage and troubleshoot cloud systems (AWS/Azure) and cybersecurity protocols
- Deploy and maintain IT assets across 5+ Nashville locations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Create and maintain documentation for SOPs and technical procedures
- Lead system upgrade projects and vendor management relationships
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct employee training sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or systems administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting
- Strong background in network security and compliance frameworks
- Experience with ServiceNow or ITSM platforms
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call rotation
- Valid Tennessee driver's license (required for site visits)
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
