Responsibilities
- Provide expert Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT tickets in a timely manner using ticketing systems (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow).
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices for a diverse user base.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues and server-related problems.
- Conduct regular system updates, security patches, and hardware maintenance.
- Collaborate with management to improve IT workflows and user satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience.
- CompTIA A+ certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or Desktop Support roles.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows 10/11 and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first service attitude.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex technical problems.
